Candlelighters is inviting your child to our On/Post Treatment Sibling Support Group. When one child is going through cancer treatment, their siblings often carry a lot of big emotions too — worry, confusion, frustration, or even feeling left out. While there are no easy answers, connection and gentle support can make a real difference. That is why Candlelighters offers a special space for them to connect with others in a welcoming space designed especially for them.
At the group, we play games, get active and creative, have lunch and chat about anything and everything. There’s no pressure to talk about anything they don’t want to, but Candlelighters staff are always there for support.
Group Details:
🎨 What: A support group for siblings of children with cancer with crafts, games, gentle conversations and lunch.
👫 Who: Children aged 5-15
📅 When: 10:30am-1pm, Saturday 3rd October 2026
📍 Where: The Square, Candlelighters, LS3 1AD
