We’re overjoyed to announce our September Company of the Month as the fabulous Thai Leisure Group!

With Thai Leisure Group, who own Chaophraya, Thaikhun, Yee Rah and ChaoBaby restaurants across the country, launching a ‘Charity of the Quarter’ initiative, we were incredibly grateful to be chosen as the first charity to be supported earlier this year.

Thai Leisure Group began raising funds after re-opening post-lockdown, by giving their customers the option to leave £1 on their bill to Candlelighters. Lots of generous patrons around the country were keen to contribute, and in total, Thai Leisure Group’s customers raised a staggering £169,394 for the families of children with cancer.

This truly phenomenal amount will make such a powerful difference at Candlelighters and we were so happy to be able to welcome the Thai Leisure Group to The Square at the start of October to show our immense thanks in person.

Once again, we’d like to say thank you to the team and customers at Thai Leisure Group who made this extraordinary feat possible!
