We are delighted to recognise The Parklane Group as our Company of the Month for October, and thank them for supporting families across Yorkshire affected by childhood cancer.
Through their generous donations, The Parklane Group has helped us provide vital support to families facing childhood cancer across Yorkshire. Their kindness has helped keep Champ’s Pantry stocked with nutritious meals and snacks, for families staying in hospital with their child and ensuring they can stay by their child’s side instead of worrying about food.

Their support has also helped children personalise their wheelchairs, helping to create a sense of comfort, individuality and confidence for the children and young people as they navigate a difficult time.
As well as this, their generosity has helped to provide hundreds of nights of free accommodation for families who need to stay close to hospital, ensuring families can stay together, find moments to rest and still be near to their child.
The Parklane Group have also kindly supported fundraising events such as our Candlelighters Corporate Golf Day, which raised over £15,000 for families facing childhood cancer. They have also supported Candlelighters support groups, including our first-ever teenage and young adult peer support group, which brought together young people who are on or post-treatment for a day on the golf course, giving them the opportunity to connect with others who understand their experiences.

Hanif Malik, Foundation Director at The Parklane Group said: “The Park Lane Foundation is delighted to continue its support for Candlelighters. In a year when both organisations are celebrating their 50th anniversaries, it is a privilege to support such a brilliant cause. We look forward to strengthening our partnership moving forward.”
Partnerships like this demonstrate the power of businesses making a positive impact in their local community. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone at The Parklane Group for their commitment and support and together, we can bring light and hope to families across Yorkshire facing childhood cancer.
