We have had a wonderful book written by children’s author, Donna Iliffe-Pollard, for children staying at the Candlelighters Cottage. Donna has donated her time and writing skills to create something that will make a lasting difference…

We want to ensure that children feel safe and comfortable when staying with us. What better way to do this than to offer them a lovely heartwarming and magical bedtime story about the Cottage coming to life with the help of some feathered friends.

The story, written in rhyming couplets, now needs some illustrations to enable us to go to print ready for the first families stepping through the doors in late September.

If you are an illustrator or know someone who is please get in touch with us for more information – [email protected].
