We are so pleased to announce that our latest Company of the Month is CHN Financial & Victoria Court Private Clients!

CHN Financial & Victoria Court Private Clients chose Candlelighters as their Charity of the Year in November 2021 and started their fundraising early 2022. We are incredibly grateful that they chose to continue supporting Candlelighters for a second year this year.

To date they have been involved in many fundraising activities. Over the two years so far, they have hosted charity golf days, football tournaments, Christmas fundraising events and supported Pink It Up week.  They have also volunteered their time at the Candlelighters Christmas party.

Also, this year, Peter Simpson from CHN Financial teamed up with Bridges Fitness Centre in Brighouse and entered a team into the Total Warrior 12k event at Bramham Park and jointly hosted a golf day which raised over £4,500.

With more fundraising activities planned this year, their fundraising for Candlelighters currently stands at £15,128!

“We have been supporting Candlelighters over the past 2 years, a charity very close to our hearts as sadly, childhood cancer has impacted one of our own. Over the past 2 years we have seen just how much Candlelighters go above and beyond to support families, in what I can only imagine is the most difficult of times, and as such we are extremely proud to partner with them, ensuring that families can continue to be supported through these dark times. We have run many initiatives to raise funds; some small events such as ‘Guess the Number of Sweets’ for Easter, Halloween (including fancy dress!) and Christmas, Grand National sweep stake and Fantasy Football, and some larger events such as three 5-a-side football tournaments, annual golf day and our upcoming Charity Quiz!” – Deanda King, CHN Financial

“It’s been a pleasure working with the team at CHN Financial & Victoria Court Private Clients and we can’t thank them enough for all the support. They’ve been involved with such a range of fundraising activities and the amount they have raised to date will make such a difference to so many families who have had their lives turned upside to childhood cancer.” – Iain Blackwood Hobb, Partnerships Executive
