No one should face bereavement alone. If you are reading this because your child, sibling, grandchild, or a child you were close with has died from cancer, we are so sorry for your loss. We are here to support you for as long as you need.
Talking therapy
Talking therapy sessions are a private and confidential space to talk about your thoughts and feelings and can help when dealing with grief. We offer adult talking therapy and also specialist children's talking therapy, for young people who have lost a sibling. For more information on talking therapy sessions and how to book, you can visit our talking therapy page.
Support groups
Our bereaved mums, dads, and sibling groups provide a safe space to come together with other bereaved family members. Here you can chat about any worries or challenges you may be facing or just spend time with other people who 'get it'. All groups are attended by a member of our family support team who is also there to support you throughout the session. Any bereaved family member is welcome to join a support group - no matter how long ago you were bereaved. Find the next support group and RSVP on our event calendar.
