We’re looking for friendly volunteer drivers to deliver and collect merchandise, collection buckets, pop-up stands, and other goodies from our offices to amazing supporters in local communities across the region. If you’ve got wheels and a bit of free time, come join the ride!
Key activities
- Transporting equipment and resources between the Candlelighters’ offices and our supporters
- Agreeing collections with the fundraising team
- Speaking with supporters to arrange suitable delivery and collection times
- Collecting cash and cheques from donors and depositing money to the Candlelighters bank account
- Collecting and returning buckets and collection boxes to the Candlelighters office
- Offering a friendly and professional service
- Keeping accurate records and following procedures at all times
