Terms and conditions for the Candlelighters Trust online shop

Delivery of virtual items is immediate.

Delivery of places in events will be processed within 5 working days.

Delivery of items will be processed within up to 7 working days (up to 11 working days over the Christmas period).

We will accept cancellations and refunds are available if a request is received by email to [email protected] within 3 days of the item being received. However, a cancellation and refund is not available on:

  1. Virtual items (a refund is only available on charity places if the event is postponed or cancelled).
  2. Any products that have been clearly personalised.
  3. Any products that have become unsealed following delivery and, as a result, are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
  4. Any donations.

Refunds can be expected within 3 working days of the request being made.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having returned them.

Where permitted to do so, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss of value in the goods refunded which has resulted from your handling of the goods above and beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and identity of the product.
