Enact, a specialist legal firm based in Leeds, have certainly grasped the mettle and started their fundraising with a bang.

As well as organising a regular quiz after work they have many more fundraising plans. Their first quiz has raised £347 and a great time was had by all.

There has been even more fundraising on top of that. One of their colleagues took part in the recent Running for Skye event and raised £100. A bring and buy sale and selling Candlelighters merchandise has also swelled the coffers and a fantastic £1555 was raised in a dress down week on top of that.

In total, after only 7 weeks, the company have raised a remarkable £2391 for Candlelighters!

And the efforts wont stop there. They are determined to support the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge by recruiting up to 60 participants.

Brian Curran, Candlelighters Corporate Fundraiser said: “We are fortunate to have support from so many committed corporate partners. Enact are one of a number of companies who not only support our events but also organise their own, very successful initiatives. Let’s hope we can attract more partners like Enact.”
