We are delighted to have once again been selected as the chosen charity for the Miss West Yorkshire competition.

The team at Candlelighters have been meeting with some of the competition finalists who are excitedly planning their upcoming fundraising.

Contestant Danae Whiteley has been weighing in her clothes for cash to raise funds for Candlelighters! She has recently added £15.20 to her fundraising post, saying: “I am trying to think of every way I can to raise as much as possible for families fighting childhood cancer”

Other planned fundraising from the ladies include sponsored walks, car washes, parties and bake sales!
