We would like to ask parents, step parents and carers to complete the following questionnaire. We are looking to expand our service provision within The Square to enable family members to support other families affected by children’s cancer.
The family network could provide support for families in a variety of different ways such as one to one support, activity groups and more- but we need your help to shape the future of the network.
All information will stored anonymously and will only be used by Candlelighters in relation to service development.
