Shibden Head pupils Jasmine and Madeline

Two year 6 pupils at Shibden Head Primary Academy have been working hard through their school break times to raise funds for Candlelighters.

Pupils Jasmine and Madeline have been selling loom bands, books, games and jewellery – all to raise funds to help support other children. The girls have raised a fantastic total of £52.07 which they have chosen to donate to Candlelighters!

We would like to say a massive thank you to the two girls for all of their hard work, raising not just funds but invaluable awareness of Candlelighters in their community.
