Ilkley Candlelighters

Ilkley Candlelighters have supported the Candlelighters Trust for 28 years and last year they raised over £50,000 with a series of flag days, a Christmas fair, and the annual flagship May ball. Ilkley Candlelighters was started in 1982 by two Ilkley sisters, Rosemarie Fisher and Liz Paul, to raise funds to help pay for vital equipment and research into children's cancer.

The current committee is headed by  Peggy Pullan and she enjoys the assistance of many willing helpers.
